At RIDEYE, we're serious about making sure our customers love our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase at any point during the 30 days after the initial purchase then you may return your item for a refund. Damaged items caused by reasons that are not covered under warranty will not be accepted. Associated shipping fees are non refundable.

Eligibility and Procedure:

  1. Before sending items to Rideye, contact our customer support team by sending an email to support@rideye.com

  2. If the customer support team determines that your purchase is elligible for a return, they will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

  3. Ensure that the device is properly packaged, to avoid further damages during transit

  4. Include an explanation of the problem

  5. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box & send it to our returns center


1 Year Manufacturer Warranty

Note: the Rideye warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized Rideye dealers. Currently, that includes this website, and any retail store where Rideye is sold.

Rideye products and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing defects one year from the original purchase date. Rideye is obligated in the event that a defect occurs during this time period to replace or repair the part that is defective. Any damage resulting from use, accident or normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty. Rideye assumes no responsibility for any accident, injury, death, loss or other claim resulting from the use of the products. Rideye also assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages relating to the Rideye camera or any of it parts. Any shipping fees associated with returning certified warranty claims to Rideye must be covered by purchasers. Rideye will cover all shipping costs associated with the return of an approved warrantied item.


Rideye is located in the United States, but we also ship to other countries. If you order internationally, you are responsible for estimating and covering any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges and/or other costs associated with shipment of Rideye products. Rideye is not responsible for any of these fees or costs, nor are we responsible for communicating with your local authorities to facilitate transit. We cannot give you an estimate of these costs beforehand. Rideye is not responsible for the cost or replacement of any product held indefinitely by your local authorities.

By purchasing this product for shipment outside of the United States you acknowledge and assume responsibility to conform with local laws and regulations while importing and using the product. You acknowledge that Rideye is not responsible for regulatory compliance within your country.
